Optimum Brand Transformation

Marketing is a team sport. It requires constant integration with all partners in real time. Together we implemented a new integrated process and re-launched the Optimum brand by building the “Let’s Connect More” platform. After years of decline the organization saw a 6% growth in customer relationships for the first time since 2008, and was sold to Altice Global for 19B due to our collaborative efforts.
